We designed a clean, focused interface for PT Portal, a coaching app that helps personal trainers manage clients, plan sessions and track progress. The UI feels familiar, fast and friendly, with light and dark modes that adapt to different training environments.

National training provider – Digital competency service design
We created a detailed service blueprint for a national training provider to support a trial of a digital competency programme. It mapped the learner journey from onboarding to review, helping internal teams align around key moments, responsibilities and touchpoints.

GOV.UK – Approval workflow for record changes
We mapped and redesigned the approval process for property record changes. The updated flow provided internal teams with a clearer path through each stage, reducing confusion and enabling faster and more consistent decision-making.

GOV.UK – Search experience for property records
We redesigned the search experience for a GOV.UK property mapping service. The new interface made it easier for users to find records using filters, map views and location-based searches. The design was fully responsive and built with accessibility in mind.

Covea Insurance – Quote and buy journey for aggregators
We designed a simplified quote and buy journey for Covea Insurance within an aggregator flow. The wireframes focused on clarity, helping users understand premiums, excess options and add-ons without overwhelming them. Each step was designed to minimise friction and build confidence before purchase.

Jet2holidays – UX and component design for a CRM platform
We designed the UX for a CRM platform used by Jet2holidays teams to manage customer cases and operational tasks. We also created a suite of modular UI components built for speed, simplicity and reuse, including calendars, charts, case notes and data entry tools.

Aviva – Marketing and service emails
We designed and built a set of personalised marketing and service emails for Aviva, supporting quotes, renewals and policy changes. Each message was tailored to customer context, combining clear design with on-brand content that encouraged timely action.

BrokerPal – User flows and wireframes
We mapped out the user experience with detailed flow diagrams and wireframes to guide key journeys through the BrokerPal app. This helped stakeholders visualise functionality early and gave developers and testers a clear, practical blueprint to work from.

BrokerPal – Prototyping and interface design
Using the approved wireframes, we created clickable HTML prototypes to test with users and refine them based on the feedback received. We then built out a responsive interface using real code, making the transition from prototype to production straightforward and well-aligned.

Haringey Council – Mobile navigation and accessibility
We updated the mobile experience with improved navigation and accessibility. The new theme met WCAG standards, passed RNIB review and remained compatible with legacy browsers, including Internet Explorer.

Haringey Council – Modular theme development
We rebuilt the website theme using modular CSS and exportable components to ensure compatibility with over 200 existing pages. The approach allowed for efficient deployment across environments without disrupting the live service.
